Most clients enjoy smooth results for three to six weeks. Longevity depends on individual hair growth, hormones, and aftercare. Regular waxing appointments can weaken follicles over time, often leading to finer regrowth and extended intervals between services.

You may experience mild redness or tenderness for a few hours, which typically subsides within 24–48 hours. We apply calming products and recommend avoiding heat, exfoliation, or heavy makeup immediately after waxing.

Sensation varies—many describe brief sharp tugs followed by relief. To reduce discomfort, arrive rested, avoid caffeine, ensure hair is about 1/4 inch long, and request a topical numbing product if you are particularly sensitive.

Clean skin free of oils and heavy makeup is best. Avoid retinoids or strong exfoliants 48–72 hours before waxing, and let hair grow about 1/4 inch for optimal removal. Also arrive hydrated and avoid blood-thinning medications when possible.

We assess acne and sensitivity during consultation. Waxing is avoided over inflamed, broken, or cystic acne; for mild blemishes we may perform a patch test or recommend alternative hair removal methods.

Typical scheduling is every three to six weeks depending on your growth cycle. Regular appointments lead to finer regrowth and more predictable timing, allowing easier maintenance and smoother skin over time.
