No. The Consultation Deposit is non-refundable. It secures your appointment and covers administrative time. However, if you reschedule within our allowed window we will apply the deposit to your new consultation date; check our rescheduling policy for specifics.

We recommend booking your Consultation Deposit as early as possible to secure preferred dates and artist availability, ideally two to six weeks before your procedure. Shorter timelines may be accommodated, but availability and preparation time could be limited.

Yes. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your chosen semi-permanent makeup service at the time of your procedure. Any remaining balance will be due on the day of the appointment unless other payment arrangements are made in advance.

Bring any photos of desired looks, a list of current medications or skin treatments, and examples of past cosmetic work. Also arrive with makeup removed and contact lenses out if applicable, so the artist can assess skin and natural brow or lash shape.

Yes, you may reschedule within our policy window. Contact us as soon as possible to change your appointment. If you reschedule within the allowed timeframe, your deposit will transfer to the new date; last-minute cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
