Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Relash (Standard) – 4 Weeks.

Relash (Standard) – 4 Weeks is an extended maintenance service focused on deep cleansing and replacing a significant portion of lashes. It restores fullness for sets near the end of their cycle, whereas regular fills replace fewer lashes more frequently.

Schedule this relash roughly four weeks after your initial full set or previous relash. We evaluate retention during booking; remember that a minimum of forty percent of extensions must remain for eligibility, otherwise a full reapplication may be recommended.

To qualify, at least forty percent of your original extensions must still be attached. Our technician inspects retention and natural lash health during consultation and will advise if removal, conditioning, or a full new set is a safer option.

Appointments usually take between 60 and 90 minutes depending on how many lashes need replacing and the complexity of your set. The session includes a deep cleanse, adhesive refresh, and styling to seamlessly match your existing look.

When performed by certified technicians, relashes are designed to protect natural lashes. We use gentle cleansers, appropriate lash weights, and precise bonding. If natural lash integrity is compromised, we’ll recommend restorative care before proceeding.

Avoid water, steam, and vigorous exercise for 24 hours to allow adhesive to set. Clean lashes daily with our recommended cleanser, avoid oil-based products, and schedule regular touch-ups every two to four weeks to maintain results.
