Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Relash (Standard) – 4 Weeks.

This relash is an extended maintenance session for sets at the end of their cycle. It involves deeper cleaning and replacing a larger number of extensions than a typical fill to rebuild volume and evenness.

To qualify you must have at least 40% of your extensions remaining. If you have fewer than that, we recommend removal and a fresh full set for safety and the best aesthetic outcome.

Most relash appointments run between 60 and 90 minutes depending on how many lashes need replacement and the complexity of matching curl and length. Your technician will provide an individualized time estimate.

When performed by trained technicians using proper isolation and adhesive techniques, relashes should not harm natural lashes. We prioritize lash health, avoid overloading, and provide aftercare to minimize risk.

Booking depends on availability; we recommend scheduling as soon as you notice significant shedding. Use online booking or call the salon to secure timely appointments, especially during busy periods.

Avoid water, steam, heavy sweating, and oil-based products for 24–48 hours to allow the adhesive to cure. Gently brush lashes daily, use our recommended cleanser, and follow scheduled maintenance advice.
