Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Relash (Standard) – 2 Weeks.

This service is designed for a two-week cadence to replace shed extensions and maintain consistent density. Regular bi-weekly relashes prevent visible gaps, improve overall retention, and help preserve the health of your natural lashes over time.

Your technician assesses lash health, removes any poorly retained extensions, and strategically applies new lashes to fill gaps. We match curl, length and volume to your set for a seamless finish and comfortable, even wear.

Most relash sessions take between 45 and 75 minutes depending on retention and needed volume. Exact timing varies by client; your stylist can estimate duration during booking based on your current set and maintenance history.

Minor adjustments such as small changes in length or curl can often be accommodated during a relash. Major style transformations are best done with a full new set so we can rebalance the lash map and adhesive needs.

Avoid oil-based makeup removers, steam, and rubbing for 24 to 48 hours to allow the adhesive to cure. Clean lashes gently with recommended cleanser and brush nightly to maximize retention between appointments.

When performed by trained technicians with proper isolation and adhesive, relashes should not damage natural lashes. Regular checks let us adjust volume and technique to protect natural growth and maintain lash integrity.
