Most clients report only mild discomfort during shaping. We use gentle techniques and numbing isn't necessary. If you have sensitive skin or a low pain threshold, tell your artist and we’ll adjust pressure and pace to keep you comfortable throughout the session.

Yes—reference photos are encouraged. They help communicate your preferences and desired brow arch. Our artists will assess whether your goals suit your natural hair growth and facial structure and will adapt the design to achieve a flattering, realistic result.

A follow‑up is usually scheduled 4–6 weeks after your initial Brow Design to refine shape and assess growth. Timing varies with hair cycle and personal grooming habits. We'll recommend an ideal maintenance plan during your appointment to preserve optimal results.

Avoid tweezing, waxing, or tinting your brows for at least two weeks before your appointment. Also skip retinoids, harsh exfoliants, and strong chemical treatments near the brow area to reduce sensitivity and ensure accurate mapping and shaping.
